Pathways is a year-round workforce readiness and personal devleopment program for 14-17 year old system-involved youth that seek to mitigate youth poverty, unemployment, and recidivism by providing paid work internships, amd workshops focused on emotional intelligence, conflict resolution/management and soft skill through the use of mindful meditation.
