Break Camp Cancellation Policy:
If you choose to cancel a course for any reason other than medical:
More than 30 days prior to the program start date, you are entitled to a full refund minus a $20 administrative fee and the credit card processing fees. 21-30 days prior to the program start date, you are entitled to a refund of 50% of program cost. 20 days and less prior to the program start date, no refunds will be given. If any duration of a program is canceled due to inclement weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances out of our control, we are unable to offer refunds.
